Workshop Description: The concept of the “flipped classroom” wouldn’t be possible without screencasting. Learn how to create screencasts on iPads, Windows or Mac. Amherst Middle Technology Teacher and Adjunct Professor Rob Zdrojewski has "flipped" his direct instruction into screencasting so his students have anytime, anywhere access to classroom instruction. When combined with an online learning platform like Edmodo, teachers now have the ability to create a 24/7 learning environment, perfect for keeping absent students up to date and fostering a more one on one teacher to student classroom.
